Lucid Dream Induction - How To Remember Your Dreams

Many of you know that a few method for lucid dream induction involve being able to possess dream recall so that you can remember you dream signs that when you notice when you are dreaming will become a point of realisation to trigger your mind awake.

It can be very difficult to remember your dreams however with these tips I hope to make it easier for you so that you can be in control of your dreams!

Lucid Dream Induction - Dream Supplements

There are many herbs that you can use for lucid dream induction that are aimed to increase how vivid your dreams are and also can increase your dream recall.

Many people are not too sure to take these herbs (such as calea zacatechichi) since they think it to be the same to be as taking drugs but it's completely safe but I wouldn't recommend taking them all the time as it will result to needing these herbs to lucid dream and you just want to do it naturally.

This method is completely optional, you cans till experience the same results naturally with the dream journal.

Lucid Dreaming - Why Everyone Should Do It!

In my opinion everyone should learn how to get a lucid dream not only once but regularly. This is a powerful mental tool and using it can open up another world that can help everyone in different ways! The benefits of this I think could actually help a lot of people with their daily lives.

Lucid Dreaming Can Help Overcome Phobias

As seen in many guidance sessions, sometimes with phobias people are put under deep sleep and talked to about their problems.

This sort of technique is something that you can do from the comfort of your own dreams and it is still not dangerous at all - remember you're the one that's in control so you have nothing to fear at all.
Apart from phobias this is also something that can help with nightmares. If you are someone who suffers from nightmares regularly then something that can help you with them is putting yourself under.

When you know you are dreaming and in control you can actually face your nightmares and end up giving yourself a good nights sleep for a change.

An example of this happening has been shown in various studies...

...one young man dreamt of being pursued by a lion. When he had no place left to run, he realized he was dreaming and called to the lion to "come and get him." The challenge turned into a playful wrestling match, and the lion became a sexy woman (NightLight 1.4, 1989, p. 13). Monsters often transform into benign creatures, friends, or empty shells when courageously confronted in lucid dreams...

Lucid Dream Induction - How To Remember Your Dreams

Lucid Dream Induction - Start A Dream Journal

If you haven't already then something that you want to do for easy lucid dream induction is to start off a dream journal. For those of you that don't know, this is a notebook that you have beside your bed and write down your dream when you wake up from a dream. This helps remember dream signs, unusual characters, symbols etc.

My method for the dream journal is not to sleep the whole night and then write in it but instead to firstly set your alarm for about 4 hours time when you get into bed. When you wake up you should have had your first dream so with your trusty notepad which is beside your bed write down what you just dreamt about (I find it easier working backwards and always asking "how do I get here?").

When done set your alarm for another 90 minutes and go through the same procedure when you wake. Keep doing this until it is time to wake up.

In your journal make sure you make a note of unusual characters, signs, symbols and make a note if they keep occurring as these will be the signs to start looking out for as they will help you know that you are dreaming.
